It can also be a little overwhelming as you soon start to hear all different kinds of advice on pregnancy, birth, what to eat, what not to eat, what to buy etc etc. The list is endless and sometimes just finding reliable sources to get information can also be difficult as often searches

like good old google can lead you down paths of in accurate information. When making a decision regarding your pregnancy, labour, birth, breastfeeding, what to do/ not to do etc we believe that its always important to read widely on each topic in order to make a informed and educated decision.
